To open an account and place bets on tk8, you must be at least 18 Years Old This is one of our strictest rules and we make no exceptions under any circumstances. By registering with tk8, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

We may request a government-issued ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification. If a member is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds will be returned.

• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or a country where online betting is legally permitted.
• Tk8 cannot be accessed from regions on the restricted countries list.
• Tk8 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to open an account.
• Each individual may only register one account.

When registering at tk8, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must all be truthful. Registering with false details may result in withdrawal issues and account suspension down the line.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. tk8 will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact us.

• A maximum of one account is permitted per person.
• Multiple accounts linked to the same device, IP address, or payment method will be flagged as suspicious.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Required documents must be submitted for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Before placing any bets on tk8, it's important to read the specific rules for each market. cricket, football, tennis, and other sports may each have their own distinct rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

Tk8 uses official results to settle bets. In any disputed situation, tk8's decision is final. If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed indefinitely, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

• Minimum Bet: ৳50 per selection.
• Maximum Bet: Varies by market and event — details shown on the bet slip.
• Multiple bets on a single event are permitted, but placing bets on opposing selections within the same event at the same time is strictly prohibited.
• Tk8 is not obligated to honor bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• In live betting, odds can change at any moment; the odds at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply.
• Up to 20 selections can be added to an accumulator bet.

Tk8 accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Payment processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days, though most withdrawals are completed within 24 hours.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may apply to accounts that have been inactive for 30 consecutive days.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification.
• Tk8 strictly complies with anti-money laundering regulations.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the required wagering multiplier has been met.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement: bonus funds typically require 10–20x wagering before withdrawal.
• The claim deadline for each bonus is stated on the respective offer — bonuses expire once the deadline has passed.
• Creating more than one bonus account from the same device, household, or IP address is prohibited.
• Tk8 reserves the right to void bonuses if misuse is suspected.
• Separate terms apply for loyalty points bonuses.

Tk8 believes betting is entertainment, not a source of income. We actively work to promote responsible betting and help members stay in control of their limits.

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to permanently.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders of your time spent betting.

Tk8 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Evidence of involvement in match-fixing.
• Operating an account from a legally restricted country.

Your balance will be reviewed before your account is closed. Any valid balance will be refunded; however, if fraud is established, all funds may be forfeited.
